Screening for Cirrhosis in People With Fatty Liver?

The complex and theoretical decision model by Vilar-Gomez et  al1 to quantify the accuracy and costs of various strategies for detection of cirrhosis in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease deserves clinical comments.
