Parasitic Infection Misdiagnosed As Bacterial Pneumonia: A Case Report.

In this study, one case of parasitic pneumonia was misdiagnosed as bacterial infection, revealing the importance of pathological biopsy and MDT, especially when clinical features are not typical and routine tests are not specific.
