Clinical outcomes associated with retrograde arterial perfusion in minimally invasive mitral valve surgery: a systematic review.

CONCLUSION: Retrograde arterial perfusion in minimally invasive mitral valve surgery may be associated with an increased risk of neurologic events, without affecting the risk of 30-day mortality or renal failure.
