Meserine, a Novel Carbamate AChE Inhibitor, Ameliorates Scopolamine-Induced Dementia and Alleviates Amyloidogenesis of APP/PS1 Transgenic Mice.

CONCLUSION: Meserine executes dual actions against cholinergic deficiency and amyloidogenesis and provides a promising lead compound for symptomatic and modifying therapy of AD.
