Pulmonary nodular and cystic light chain deposition disease: A retrospective review of 10 cases.

CONCLUSIONS: Pulmonary LCDD is characterized by cysts and nodules. The disease is associated with MALT lymphoma, especially in the setting of Sjögren syndrome.
