Detection of amastigotes and histopathological alterations in the thymus of Leishmania infantum ‐infected dogs
ConclusionsThese results demonstrate that the thymus of dogs can be parasitized byL. infantum, which may generate inflammatory reactions leading to alterations in thymic microarchitecture.
