Treatment of pembrolizumab and chemotherapy results in pulmonary lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma progression through harboring secondary amplification of PI3KCA and IL-7R

Pulmonary lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma (PLELC) was diagnosed in a 41-year-old nonsmoker female after left inferior pulmonary lobectomy, staging pT3N2M0 IIIB. No driver mutation was detected by targeted next generation sequencing for 425 cancer related genes.
