CONCLUSIONS
Declines in peri‐procedural DS rates in CAS appear linked to regulatory and coverage approvals leading to increased operator experience along with continued regulatory oversight, and provide insight into the introduction of other novel therapies. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
