Solitary Cerebellar Metastasis of Ovarian Cancer Detected by FDG PET/CT

We presented a 58-year-old woman complaining of headaches 9 months after debulking surgery and chemotherapy due to ovarian cancer. The serum CA125 level was elevated. FDG PET/CT was then recommended to identify potential malignancy and showed a hypermetabolic mass in the right cerebellum. The cerebellar mass was surgically removed, and the pathology confirmed metastasis from ovarian cancer.
