601: From pruritus to cholestasis: building a statistical model to predict a diagnosis
Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy (ICP) is associated with a higher risk of adverse pregnancy outcomes. A challenge in managing ICP is the delay in processing Total Bile Acids (TBA), the diagnostic test. We aimed to create a statistical model using clinical and laboratory parameters to predict which patients will have elevated TBA.
