1200: Lithium use during pregnancy for bipolar disorder: a cost-effectiveness analysis

Lithium is commonly used in the treatment of bipolar disorder, but its use during pregnancy is limited due to its teratogenicity. We sought to examine the cost-effectiveness and maternal and fetal outcomes of lithium use during pregnancy using recent data suggesting lithium is less teratogenic than previously postulated.
