Exosomes derived from lipopolysaccharide-preconditioned human dental pulp stem cells regulate Schwann cell migration and differentiation.

Conclusions: Exosomes from hDPSCs, especially from LPS- preconditioned hDPSCs, can promote the proliferation, migration and odontogenic differentiation of SCs. LPS might change the hDPSCs' intercellular signals, which might mediate the odontogenic differentiation of SCs, transmitting in the manner of "exosomes".
