The value of lobar ventilation and perfusion in selecting targeted lobe for Endoscopic Lung Volume Reduction in COPD
Conclusions: Selecting the lower lobar VQ for the targeted lobe was associated with the better improvements in PFTs for ELVR. The lobar VQ redistribution to the non-targeted contralateral upper lobe is a likely mechanism of action in ELVR.
