Outcomes of sublobar and lobar resection for stage 1 non-small cell lung cancer
Conclusion: Our study has shown the sublobar resection and lobectomy has similar rates of recurrence and survival. With increasing comorbidities and incidence of metachronous lesions we conclude that sublobar resection is not inferior to the lobectomy in management of early stage lung cancer.
