Study of biochemical markers of oxidative stress in smokers versus nonsmokers with mixed anxious and depressive disorder
Conclusions: Smoking amplifies oxidative stress described in psychiatric disorders. Monitoring biomarkers of both tobacco exposure and oxidative stress can improve disease management.
