Chronic graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) is a relatively common complication of allogeneic hemopoietic stem cell transplants (HSCT). Clinical manifestations of chronic GVHD include skin involvement, dry mucosae with ulcerations, gastrointestinal and pulmonary involvement.
