Flavonoids, antioxidant potential and antimicrobial activity of Myrcia rufipila mcvaugh leaves (myrtaceae).
This study shows that M. rufipila, like other Myrcia species, is another source of flavonoids such as desmantin-I and myricitrin which have shown hypoglycemic potential, besides triterpenes and phenolic acids.
