Idiopathic normal-pressure hydrocephalus: Pathophysiology and diagnosis by CSF biomarkers

Conclusions: We interpret our data as iNPH pathophysiology to be characterized by a reduced periventricular metabolism and axonal degeneration but no major cortical damage.
