Funding of applications received in response to this Program Announcement/Funding Opportunity is contingent upon the availability of Federal funds for this Program. An estimated $6M in FY13 funds are available to fund the first year of performance of successful proposals. Adequate funds to support the remaining years of performance are expected to become available through the DMRDP in future years.
