Eating tomatoes cuts heart disease risk by a quarter... but doesn't protect against strokes
Eating tomatoes over 11-year period reduced the risk of coronary heart disease by 26 per cent but had no effect on the chances of a stroke, according to a study from Tufts University in Boston.
