ECG in LVH: Quiz 6 This 46 years old woman had been well and without hypertension or knowledge of heart disease until two years before, when she began to develop exertional dyspnoea. Recently, typical congestive heart failure developed. Her blood pressure was found to be 110/70 mm of Hg. Cardiac examination revealed no murmur, but S3 and S4 gallops were present. CXR-PA view showed generalized cardiomegaly and pulmonary congestion. An ECG was recorded and revealed the following- How would you interpret this ECG?
