Maximal cytoreduction is related to improved disease-free survival in low-grade ovarian serous carcinoma.

CONCLUSION:: Maximal CRS facilitates an improvement in DFS. Achieving no residual disease after the completion of surgery should be a cornerstone of LGOSC management.
