Endophthalmitis following Suture Removal - Clinical Outcomes and Microbiological Profile.

Streptococcus pneumoniae was the most commonly isolated microorganism. Visual acuity outcomes were poor despite prompt recognition of endophthalmitis and appropriate antibiotic therapy.
