Acupuncture at PC6 prevents cardiac hypertrophy in isoproterenol-treated mice.

CONCLUSIONS:: The results demonstrated that acupuncture at PC6 attenuates sympathetic overactivity. Additionally, it may improve cardiac performance by reversing adverse cardiac remodelling.
