Cryptogenic Cirrhosis: Nonalcoholic Steatohepatitis Despite the Absence of Risk Factors?

We report an unusual case of cryptogenic cirrhosis due to nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) in a patient with no known risk factors for nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH).
