Early life home indoor bacterial and fungal microbiota measured with amplicon sequencing and risk of asthma by the age of 10.5 years
Conclusions: Our results suggest that specific bacterial and fungal taxa in house dust may be associated with the development of asthma in children. Identified taxa need to be confirmed in other studies.
