Púrpura trombocitopénica imune e doença celíaca: acaso?
We report a case of a 24‐years‐old woman with celiac disease since childhood, which developed immune thrombocytopenic purpura with the reintroduction of a gluten diet. We propose that the coexistence of these two disorders suggests a common immune mechanism.
