ConclusionsThe concentration of unchanged mepirapim in urine was much higher than those of other synthetic cannabinoids; the higher dosage, urinary excretion, metabolisms and/or pharmacokinetics of mepirapim may be quite different from those of other synthetic cannabinoids.
