Association between VEGF Gene Polymorphisms and the Susceptibility to Lung Cancer: An Updated Meta-Analysis.

Conclusions: VEGF +936C/T, -460C/T, and -2578C/A polymorphisms were not associated with the risk of lung cancer. The VEGF +460T/C polymorphism might be a risk factor for lung cancer only in Asian populations.
