The aim of this systematic review is to investigate diagnostic accuracy of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scans using liver specific tissue contrast media over contrast enhanced Multi Detector CT (MDCT) in diagnoses of Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC) in patients with chronic liver disease.
