Associations of Common Genetic Variants on IL-17 Genes and Carotid Intima-Media Thickness.

CONCLUSIONS: We first correlated cIMT, a preclinical clinical cardiovascular marker, with IL-17RC, the key molecule in the IL-17 signaling pathway.
