Metabolic risk assessment of Indian women with polycystic ovarian syndrome in relation to four Rotterdam criteria based phenotypes
Conclusions Indian PCOS women with Phenotype A and B lie at increased metabolic risk compared to other phenotypes. Phenotypic classification of PCOS women may facilitate more effective application of screening and treatment strategies for high-risk metabolic phenotypes.
