Up to five grantees will be selected. Each will work in one of four specific regions (A, B, C and D) covering several counties to support all technical areas described below in each region. Except, the grantee supporting Region A will additionally support laboratory systems at National Public Health Laboratory Services and Ministry of Health (MOH) headquarters.
