Comparative peptidomic profile between human hypertrophic scar tissue and matched normal skin for identification of endogenous peptides involved in scar pathology

In conclusion, our results show significantly altered expression profiles of peptides in human hypertrophic scar tissue. These peptides may participate in the etiology of hypertrophic scar and provide beneficial scheme for scar evaluation and treatments.
