In conclusion, CAD is prevalent in TAVR patients and pre‐TAVR coronary revascularization is typically focused on treating proximal and high‐grade stenosis. A selective pre‐TAVR PCI strategy results in favorable clinical outcomes with very low rates of post‐TAVR coronary revascularization.
