Expression of Her-2/neu and Bcl-2 in patients with non-small cell lung cancer
Conclusion: Defining the gene alterations in patients with NSCLC is of huge importance since it can be used as important prognostic information, i.e. it enables selection of patients who have those alterations and who have need of an adjuvant therapy and might have benefit from it.
