High rates of resistance to second line drugs are routinely encountered in Mumbai,India for XDR-TB;highlighting the need for new agents

Conclusion: Given the high rates of concomitant resistance to other second line drugs in XDR isolates of our cohort, urgent access to newer drugs such as Bedaquiline and Delaminid as well as newer regimens are the need of the hour.
