Anticholinergic Burden and Cognition in Older Patients With Schizophrenia.

CONCLUSIONS: High anticholinergic burden contributes to specific cognitive deficits in older individuals with schizophrenia that resemble those commonly observed early in the course of Alzheimer's dementia.
