Balloon Eustachian tuboplasty under local anesthesia: Is it feasible?

ConclusionBET is a safe and feasible procedure under monitored anesthesia care, including local anesthesia along with sedation and analgesia. There is need for further methodological improvement to reduce pain and discomfort during the operation.
