Combined electrical and global markers of dyssynchrony predict clinical response to cardiac resynchronization therapy.

CONCLUSION: Combining prolonged t-IVT and the conventionally used broad QRS duration has a significantly higher specificity in identifying patients likely to respond to CRT.
