Genetic association analysis of N‐methyl‐d‐aspartate receptor subunit gene GRIN2B and clinical response to clozapine

ConclusionsOur findings do not support a role for these GRIN2B variants in altering response to clozapine in our sample. Investigation of additional glutamate variants in clozapine response is warranted. Copyright © 2016 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
