Association of healthy diet score and adiposity with risk of colorectal cancer: findings from the UK Biobank prospective cohort study

CONCLUSION: Adiposity-mediated effects were limited in the link between dietary patterns and CRC incidence, implying that solely addressing adiposity may not sufficiently reduce CRC risk.
