312. Effects of Early Life Stress on Neurocognitive Functions in Children: A Large-Scale Replication Study

Early life stress refers to childhood maltreatment, such as abuse and neglect, as well as household challenges. Previous studies suggest that early life stress is associated with aberrant neurocognitive functions, which are risk factors of various psychopathology. However, such associations are often mixed and inconsistent across studies, and this might be attributed to the small sample size. To address this, our study seeks to replicate the previous findings using a large-scale longitudinal dataset.
