Association between Genetic Polymorphism of < em > SCN1A < /em > , < em > GABRA1 < /em > and < em > ABCB1 < /em > and Drug Responsiveness in Vietnamese Epileptic Children
Conclusions: Our study demonstrated a significant association between the SCN1A genetic polymorphism which increased risk of drug-resistant epilepsy in Vietnamese epileptic children. This important finding further supports the underlying molecular mechanisms of SCN1A genetic variants in the pathogenesis of drug-resistant epilepsy in children.PMID:38674283 | DOI:10.3390/medicina60040637
