Factors influencing the therapeutic failure of high-flow nasal cannula oxygen humidification in patients with interstitial pneumonia complicated by respiratory failure

CONCLUSIONS: The HFNC failure rate in patients with IP and respiratory failure is 15.8%. Pre-treatment PaO2/FiO2 ratio, CRP, CONUT, and GCS scores are independent factors associated with HFNC treatment failure and warrant clinical attention.PMID:38639516 | DOI:10.26355/eurrev_202404_35905
