BCMA Directed Bispecific Antibody Induced Tumor Flare in Multiple Myeloma

A 53-year-old man with relapsed multiple myeloma presented with bilateral upper limb sensorimotor symptoms caused by an enlarging cervical spine (C3) tumoral lesion. His prior treatments included spinal surgery and radiotherapy (RT) 11 years earlier for solitary plasmacytoma, daratumumab bortezomib lenalidomide dexamethasone followed by high dose melphalan and autologous stem-cell transplantation and daratumumab + lenalidomide maintenance as first line therapy for systemic myeloma 4 years before current presentation.
