Calcineurin inhibitors experience in unplanned pregnancies with active lupus disease: A retrospective observational study
CONCLUSION: This study reveals that tacrolimus can be effectively used in unplanned pregnancies with active lupus disease, providing favorable maternal and fetal outcomes.
