Etiology of infantile acute gastro-enteritis in usual practice in hospital

Rotavirus are discovered in 38,1 % diarrheas without leukocytes. Between the bacteria isolated, Salmonellaare the most frequently enteric bacterias. After, Campylobacter, E. colientero pathogenic. The isolation of Yersinia enterocoliticaand Shigellaare frequentless.
