Tolvaptan therapy for edema in patients with chronic kidney disease

CONCLUSION: As long as a rational treatment regimen is followed, tolvaptan is a safe and effective diuretic for treating edema in CKD, even in the late stages of CKD without reducing residual renal function in the patients.PMID:38577748 | DOI:10.5414/CN111365
