The Effect of Rotational Speed Modulated Right Ventricular Assist Device on Hemodynamics in the Application of Continuous-Flow Biventricular Assist Device
Purpose: In the application of a biventricular assist device(BVAD), the flow balance between a left ventricular assist device (LVAD) and a right ventricular assist device(RVAD) is still controversial. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of RVAD rotational speed modulation designed to control BVAD flow balance.
